1. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee

Your order is fully protected by our 90-day money back guarantee. If the product does not feel like the right fit for you, or if you are not satisfied for any reason, simply contact us within 90 days of delivery. We will refund your purchase with no questions asked!

This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product. Limited to one refund per product type per customer.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this window, orders begin processing for shipment and cannot be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. If an order has already left our facility, you may still request a refund under the 90-day guarantee after it is delivered.


3. Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened bottles cannot be returned. However, you may still be eligible for a refund under our guarantee without returning the product. Unopened items may be returned in their original condition. We may decline refunds if there is evidence of misuse or fraudulent activity.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us as soon as possible at contact@kynela.com. You do not need to return the damaged item. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.


5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@kynela.com. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our support team will take care of the rest.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 3 to 10 business days.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you do not see your refund after the usual processing time, we suggest checking with your bank or credit card provider and confirming that the refund has finished processing on their end. If everything looks correct but the refund is still missing, please contact us again for additional assistance.
