1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our US warehouse. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details when your order has been dispatched. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand.
2. Shipping Times and Delivery
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided during checkout but may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Kynela is not responsible for carrier delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any optional shipping protection, if selected, is non-refundable.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kynela is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect and the package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Orders already shipped cannot be modified.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.
Kynela is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Orders with optional shipping protection may qualify for quicker replacements.
7. Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@kynela.com.
We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.
